Winestain Club has cordially invited Aspac Club members to join them in May for two wine dinners, featuring wine from the Black Stallion Estate Winery and Opus One Winery.
One of Napa Valley’s newest winery, Black Stallion Estate Winery is known for their ultra-premium wines that are elegant and distinctive. The winemaker from Black Stallion, Ralf Holderied, will be introducing the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Ralf Holderied, who grew up in Germany’s vineyards, have combined North American’s winemaking techniques with Europe’s wine culture to create a complex portoflio of wines for the Black Stallion.

Opus One was formed by a partnership between one of the greatest European wine families, the Rothschilds and the renowned Napa Valley vinter, Robert Mondavi. It uses the finest grapes from the famous To Kalon vineyard, crafting the perfect blend of Carbernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carbernet France, Petite Verdo and Malbec. Since their first vintage wine in 1979, Opus One has been a favourite for collectors for the vibrant aromas and complex texutre.
